HB2852 HFA Sponaugle 2-18

            Delegate Sponaugle moves to amend Com Sub for HB2852 on pages 7 and 8, section 6, by striking out lines 20 through 26 in inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“(1) One-half shall be deposited in the West Virginia Veterans’ Facilities Support Fund established by the provisions of section eleven-b, article one, chapter nine-a of this code.

(2) One-half shall be deposited in the Fire Protection Fund established in section thirty-three, article three, chapter thirty-three, of this code, and distributed to each volunteer fire company or department on an equal share basis by the State Treasurer. “
